About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a career move for a motivated and highly organised person to join the team at Roy Morgan as a Payroll Officer. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing including the accurate and timely preparation of our payrolls and associated processes including superannuation administration, payroll reconciliations and disbursements. You will also undertake field payroll and pay claim processes and verify field payroll and expense claims in line with company policy.

About You

You have fantastic organisational and time management skills and able to meet strict deadlines and the ability to work autonomously and part of a team. You will have payroll experience and knowledge of payroll processes and computerised payroll systems. You can proactively problem solve and offer solutions and have very good numeracy skills.

You will have excellent communication skills and a professional, personable demeanour. Comfortable and confident, you are at ease dealing with people at different levels across the organisation.
