Sales Enablement Manager
responsible for executing our project deliverables across our retail network.
About the role:
In this pivotal role, you will report to the General Manager - Retail (GRB) collaborating with Merch, Sales operations, and Marketing, to ensure alignment across all functions.
This role demands a highly organized sales professional experienced in driving growth initiatives and process efficiencies, contributing to revenue performance improvement as a key member of the GRB team.
Looking after a large team, with a combination of Visual Merchandising, Communications, Loss Prevention & Process Improvement, leadership skills will be essential.
Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Prepares and enables sales force for product launches and solution sellingLeads creation and deployment of training, content, processes, and tools for sales support.
Tracks and analyzes courseware and sales enablement content usage.
Supports buying and selling processes from lead generation to win/loss.
Assists frontline sales managers and leadership in executing management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
Manages sales enablement projects and activities coordination.
Oversees overall stock loss and develops strategic plans to reduce shrinkage across the business.
Gathers insights and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes aligned with company goals.
Tracks sales enablement metrics and KPIs to demonstrate business impact and gain stakeholder supportAbout you:
Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support across the retail spaceBackground in a multi-site management roles highly advantageous (eg, Head of Retail, National Retail Operations Manager or Brand Management)
