Well established studio working with hyper-realistic human avatars of world renowned famous celebrities for VR & interactive digital content using Unreal Engine/Redshift and Nuke & pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Unreal Lead Technical Artist


As Unreal Lead Technician you will oversee and coordinate the smooth running and advancement of our unreal projects and the studio's Unreal pipeline.


You will:

  • Work closely with Directors, other team leads and artists to ensure scene lighting is as expected and to a high standard.
  • Liaising with clients in a professional, friendly and respectful manner when needed.
  • Implement changes as directed and in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Allocate shots to your team and qc results.
  • Managing artists and communicating requirements in a professional manner.
  • Mentor Unreal artists in artistic, technical procedures and workflows.
  • Manage your allocated shots from start through to completed render.
  • Understand the requirements of asset, rigging, animation and lighting teams and guide projects towards solutions that best suit the overall team's skills and workload.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that could extend across multiple departments.
  • Work with the team to guide the design of efficient workflows and tools.
  • Help guide and/or contribute to the studio's python code base and/or blueprints.
  • Where necessary, you will learn additional skills required to aid in production and assist others as required.
  • Quality control.
  • Foster a healthy and creative work environment.
  • Ensure all work follows studio policies and guidelines.
