Latrobe Branch .

The position will be responsible for coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our customers.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the Latrobe Service Department in its entirety.
Liaising with customers - booking in jobs and update on progressScheduling resources to repair orders and daily timesheet review.

Retail, warranty & internal jobs invoice processingManagement and control of work in progress (WIP)Product support to customers and techniciansPrevious experience in supervisory position ideally within a workshop environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsGood computer literacy and administrative skillsTrade qualifications would be advantageous.
