Are you a highly organized and self-driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the insurance industry? We are currently seeking an Insurance Broker Trainee to join our client's close-knit team.

Who you will be working with?

Our client's company is a well-established national insurance brokerage firm, known for providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with their clients.

They specialize in finding the most appropriate insurance policies for businesses, homes, and vehicles, catering to both new and existing clients.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the team to find the most suitable insurance solutions for clients' specific needs.
  • Assisting with policy renewals and handling any policy changes or updates as needed.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to insurance documentation and data entry.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance or Commerce
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and team members.
  • A selfstarter who can dive into tasks with enthusiasm and see them through to completion.
