We are looking for a
motivated and
exceptional leader to join our team at our Bankstown location as Store Manager, working
35-40 hours per week.


Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Supervise, manage and work alongside a team of baristas, front of house and kitchen staff in a busy environment
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, with a constant focus on profitability
  • Cultivate a cooperative and positive working relationship within the team
  • Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
  • Regular communication / updates with Support Office in Sydney
  • Implementing promotions in store
  • Managing catering enquiries and orders
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting WHS issues when they arise
  • Adhering to policies and procedures, rules and regulations
  • Manage complaints as they arise
  • POS and cash handling, financial management/reporting
  • Rostering, managing payroll, paperwork and other administrative duties
  • Barista experience
  • Energetic, confident and driven with a positive attitude
  • Sense of responsibility, customeroriented, reliable
  • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to create a confident team culture that will result in delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Great at team building and employee development
