As the organisation continues to grow and transform, a new opportunity has arisen for a senior risk professional to impact in this Head of Enterprise Risk role.
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and working closely with senior leaders, you will lead and develop a risk team and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver a mature risk and compliance culture. In this strategic role, you will deliver a contemporary risk management framework which empowers the business. As you drive continuous improvement, you will be accountable for alignment between the organisation's strategy, risk appetite statement and material risks including ongoing monitoring and reporting.
A senior risk leader, you will be degree qualified in business, finance or related discipline and will have experience in driving risk culture and designing, implementing and embedding enterprise risk management practices and programs in risk management within a financial services environment and ideally within retail banking. You are an outcomes focussed senior leader with proven ability to develop a high performing team. With exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, you will be an influential communicator with the gravitas and confidence to present to key senior stakeholders and Executive Committees. This is an opportunity for an agile and inquisitive risk professional to make a difference within this values' led organisation. Hybrid working arrangement available.
