About the Role

Dive into the dynamic world of banking by processing ATM/EFTPOS, Visa Debit, and Mastercard disputes and chargebacks, while handling daily settlements with Citibank and Visa.

In this role, you'll work independently to support the Team Leader, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer requests from branches and other operations personnel.

With your extensive experience and mastery of various operations roles, you'll occasionally step in for the Team Leader, tackling complex tasks and overseeing junior staff.

You'll also contribute valuable feedback on process and system improvements, enhancing our department's functionality. While you'll start with specific responsibilities, you'll have the flexibility to take on any senior-level operations tasks as needed.

About you

We're seeking a proactive individual to work independently, supporting our Team Leader by efficiently and accurately processing customer requests from Branches and Operations personnel.

You will have the ability to follow guidance, exceed customer needs, lead by example, and assist team members. You'll excel in meeting deadlines, working independently, and communicating effectively. Strong time management, negotiation, and numeracy skills are essential.

A solid understanding of branch responsibilities and customer requirements, along with prior experience in banking and finance, will set you apart.
