As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart Merrylands:

  • Operating Hours, 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • 43 Places with Toddler & Preschool rooms, young centre opened 2.5 years ago.
  • Located in a residential area, close to schools, shops, and local community facilities.
  • Centre has sustainable garden, native bees, caters to vulnerable families & children, many children with additional needs, working with allied health professionals.
  • Team diversity multicultural team with around 7 different languages spoken.
  • Meeting NQS Standards rating.
  • Street parking available for staff

You'll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
