Locum Sonographer

3 month locum position in hospital setting with a mixed case load of General, vascular, MSK, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Salary details: $80-90 per hour + Super, DOE. Accommodation, (usually shared) and travel provided + on call.

• Residential aged care for 30 residents at Harbourside Lodge

PDH delivers services from a single campus, employs around 470 staff with an FTE of approximately 290, and has an active volunteer workforce. All about the role, skills and experience

Seeking a locum sonographer ASAP for a minimum of 3 months.

• Hospital setting, mixed workload of inpatients/outpatients
• Mixed case load General, vascular, MSK, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, small parts, 30–60-minute scan times, scheduled breaks
• Team setting, working with two qualified sonographers within the General radiology department
• Equipment: Total of 3 Ultrasound rooms- Two Philips EPIQ ELITES, One Philips ELITE
• Radiologists available during work hours

Other requirements:

• Current employee police check
• Current employee Working with Children check
• Current evidence of immunisation history and/or serology results
• ASAR registration (Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry)
• WWC/PC as standard
