What You'll Be Doing:

  • As an integral part of our Credit Team, you will assist in assessing Business Loans.
  • Your responsibilities will include delivering highquality valuation reports for both properties and if in your wheelhouse, assets such as plant and equipment.
  • You will conduct ongoing research on property sales, preparing reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards.
  • Utilizing industrystandard valuation methods, market research, and expert judgment, you will provide accurate valuations of plant and equipment items.
  • While your analysis may not be solely relied upon, it will serve as a valuable internal resource.

About You:


We are seeking driven professionals who possess not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but also exceptional communication and business acumen.

Thinking outside the box is second nature to you.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • RPV and/or CPV status, combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent report writing abilities, and analytical skills.
  • Leverage your expertise property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders.
  • Relevant work experience across multiple asset classes. Ideally previous
experience in the valuation of encumbered land and/or commercial properties.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and critically review sales, leases and other research data.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Able to clearly articulate potential risks associated with any potential valuations on different assets classes.
  • Confidently liaise with real estate agents, property managers, leasing agents etc. for the purposes of gathering comparable market evidence and market insights.
  • Organized with a solutionfocused approach to work.
