APG Workforce are currently seeking Customer Service Representative for a 2- month contract within a Hornsby Government Sector.

Pay Rate:

$32.69 ph + Super

Availability

required:

  • Office based role located in Hornsby
  • Rotating roster between 8am 6pm / 35 hours per week
  • 2Month Contract + Possibility of Extension

The Role:

Situated in the

Requirements/Skills prior to starting:

  • WWCC & Police Check
  • 2 References from past employment
  • Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
  • Sales experience would be highly regarded, however contact centre, education or some kind of high volume based work experience is a must
  • Excellent customer service skills/experience
  • Reliable and available to fulfil the above requirements
  • Used to working in a high volume operating environment, experience using telephony, CRM highly regarded.
  • Previous contact centre experience highly regarded. Customer service experience.
  • Tech savvy individuals as TAFE use up to 6 systems at one time
  • Proven experience on resume required.
  • Motivation to work in a contract role must be checked prior to starting
