About the role
This is an exciting new clinical role based at Croydon Park.

We are looking for a leader to assume responsibility for our " Meditation House" as one of the Living Well House Managers.

It is your personal qualities and attitude along with a strong customer service ethos and ability to relate to the elderly which will set you apart for this exciting and important role.

This clinical leadership role is responsible for their assigned care team and is the first point of contact for residents and their loved ones.

With support from the clinical leadership team and your Residential Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead your team within your House to provide our residents with the best quality of life outcomes.


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinating the daytoday activities of your allocated House to ensure a smoothrunning, homelike environment
  • Oversee and administer resident medications
  • Monitoring all clinical key quality indicators to ensure targets are met where appropriate
  • Supporting and providing direction to all Living Well House team members and those working within your House
  • Facilitating within the House, individual and small group activities that give residents meaning and purpose as they choose
  • Handson mentoring, coaching and support to the team as required
  • Working collaboratively with the clinical leadership team to provide support and care to individual residents
  • Being the first point of contact for resident's families and loved ones to welcome new admissions and build relationships with the resident and their families to enable them to feel part of our home
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards.

  • A current National Police Clearance
