Job Description

What you will be doing:

Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey Deliver established food & beverage service sequences, bringing your personalised flair to each guest encounter Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience in a similar hybrid role, within a high-end setting Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Full Australian working rights A true love and passion for creating genuine memorable guest experiences Additional Information
