We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer within our file preparation team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of consulting doctors to prepare customer booking requests and files for upcoming medical assessments.
You will also conduct direct verbal and written communications with referring customers, and work within our customer services team to support customers bookings and administration tasks, and be able to work proficiently off our online booking platform.
Job Description Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Undertaking accurate preparation of client files for our team of medical consultants
- Administration support for the customer services team and medical consultants
- Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical consultants, staff, customers and examinees
- Supporting the daytoday operations and professional appearance of the office
- Liaising with customers for appropriate file referrals to implement agreed services
- Providing administrative and operational support to the customer services team and consultant practitioners as required.
Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
- A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
- Hold a strong team ethic and ability to work closely with others within a professional capacity
- Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
- Attention to detail is a must
- High regard for confidentiality
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required.
