This is a newly created role and an opportunity to become a part of a fantastic team that truly values its staff.
Create memorable experiences for customers; answer queries and promote the brand and products to drive Sales. Utilising the bespoke CRM, book client appointments and maintain records. Manage all aspects of maintenance for the display unit. Attend and support project launches and events.
Working Wednesday to Sunday, the Display Host is essential to the growth of the business as the initial point of contact for customers.
Duties:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Ensure the front of house and space runs smoothly
- Support the Sales team with administrative duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain stationery supplies
- Manage incoming postage and deliveries
- Prepare necessary documents for meetings
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional approach and polished presentation
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have access to a car and driver's license
