Looking for a flexible, versatile, adaptable, responsible and reliable person with at least 1-2 years working experience in a Medical Practice and a mature outlook is desirable.


Your role will be to organize appointments, maintain records and perform medical reception duties and other tasks given by the Practice Manager, in order to ensure a smooth and efficient functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our Patients.

All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the Practice's Policies and Procedures.

  • To be successful in this role, you should
  • Demonstrate a patientfocused approach in service provision with genuine empathy and interest in their needs.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be always wellpresented, friendly and courteous.
  • Represent the Practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
  • Undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding Patient and Practice information.
  • Work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Have a strong multitasking capability.
  • Knowledge of Best Practice software.

Job Type:
Pert Part Time

Salary:
$ $25.00 per hour

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
