About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Early Years at Mc Square team.

You will provide leadership within the childcare setting to provide a high quality centre-based early childhood education and care program for the children.


  • Ensure a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
  • A team player who enjoys their work and is keen to contribute to supporting children and families

Skills and Experience

  • You are experienced in working in the Early Childhood field in a Room Leader role
  • You have proven skills in the preparation and the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • You are experienced in meeting the individual needs of each child
  • You have an understanding of the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • You have knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 201
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework.
