Todd Clinics Leongatha is a wellness focused Chiropractic and Myotherapy clinic located in Leongatha, Victoria.

We are searching for a part-time receptionist (13.5 hours) per week.

Successful applicant must be:

Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm

Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary.

The role includes

Greeting patients and creating conversation:

Answering phones:

Making appointments:

-
Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS:

-
Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this).

Job Type:

Part-time

Part-time hours: 13.5 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
