We are a family-owned business looking for a hard-working reliable receptionist/ showroom assistant to join our growing team. Available to start immediately.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Assist walk-in customers with orders and queries
  • Prepare invoices and orders for delivery
  • Replenish stock on shelves in the showroom
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

Must Have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with customer service
  • Proficient in MYOB or similar system
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
