We are searching for an experienced
Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

The job role
The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Sales with:

  • The sales process for our Retirement Living apartments, Hester Canterbury and Morgan Glen Iris, from enquiry through to settlement
  • The end to end process for respite and permanent admissions at our Residential Service (Faversham House)
  • Assist with building community and business relationships to promote the Retirement Living and Residential Services proposition, and establish a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Maintain an understanding of the local retirement living and residential aged care market including competitor pricing, value proposition and positioning in order to better articulate BASScare's competitive advantage.
  • Assist with maintaining the prospects data base (CRM) that supports the ability to convert to sales/admissions and achievement of set KPI's.
  • Assist and conduct tours on a needs basis especially during scheduled 'Open Days' and special events

Who you are

  • You have demonstrated experience and knowledge in a sales based role within the Aged Care sector
  • You have knowledge of the Aged Care Act 1997 and Retirement Villages Act 1986 its associated Regulations and consumer law.
