ABOUT THE JOB

  • General waiting and service duties of food and beverages such as coffee, snacks, and bartending
  • Professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, including being well versed in all products available, food service systems, and till operations
  • Communicate and liaise with team members and other areas of the hotel
  • Efficient and thorough knowledge of the pointofsale operating system
  • Must participate and achieve targets of addon sales, upselling, and spending per head
  • To maintain the clean and neat presentation of the work area by adherence to all operating policies and procedures
  • Follow Safe Work Procedures at all times as per WHS Act 201
  • Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
  • Any other duties directed by Management

ABOUT YOU

  • Flawless customer service with a consistently positive attitude
  • Reliable, flexible, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Eager to learn, grow and develop
  • Knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation and food safety standards
  • Competent and trustworthy cashhandling skills
  • RSA (essential)
  • Basic/Attend Gaming Machines (preferred)
