The Opportunity
Join our Digital & Information (D&I) team as an IT Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO), where you will lead project teams, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects, system upgrades, and major enhancements.
Your project work will be guided by ReturnToWorkSA's D&I PMO Project Delivery Procedure, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Tailoring principles.
The Position
As the Project Manager, you will collaborate across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders to project manage build and change initiatives. Key responsibilities include understanding and applying Tailoring concepts, and selecting the most suitable delivery approach, project management methodology or ways of working for each project.
This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for two years.
About You
We're seeking someone who thrives in a culture of care, professional excellence, and accountability. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders are essential. Previous experience in successfully delivering IT projects end-to-end is essential. Experience delivering maintenance projects, especially in cloud-based infrastructure, is highly desired.
Special Requirements / Conditions
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, or similar certification.

The total remuneration package for this position ranges from $107,842 to $124, 707 (exclusive of superannuation). The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills and experiences.
Some infrequent out of hours work will be required during deployments, and potentially during technical changes and systems testing.
