You are at the heart of the hotel As a Housekeeping All Rounder at Sofitel Brisbane Central, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.


What you will be doing:

  • Clean all assigned guestrooms and public areas to standard
  • Take initiative to add a personalised experience for the guest
  • Attend to guests requests and enquiries when needed
  • Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.

What we want from you:

  • Warm and caring personality with an eye for detail
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
