About the Role

We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Construction Site Supervisor who specialises in the industrial sector.

In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Safety:
Champion safety protocols from project planning through to site delivery

Coordinate and Supervise:
Manage trade labour, equipment, and material deliveries to keep projects on track

Drive Project Success:
Develop and implement construction delivery programmes, providing regular progress updates to management

Support Excellence:
Offer technical and logistical support to subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Solve Problems On-the-Fly:
Address day-to-day challenges with innovative and effective solutions

Ensure Quality:
Conduct safety and QA inspections, maintaining detailed site records and clear documentation

Communicate Effectively:
Maintain open lines of communication with management and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Key Selection Criteria:
Extensive knowledge of the industrial building sector, construction trades, and project details.
Preferred TAFE Diploma or Trade Qualification in Construction.
Proven track record in managing construction trades with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and engineering reports with confidence.
Strong leadership skills with a knack for resolving site issues and directing resources efficiently.
Ambition to grow with our expanding department and establish a long-term career.
