The Business Support Team at EGM Partners are looking for experienced and dedicated full-time Corporate Receptionists for a variety of roles all across Adelaide.

These key positions will see you as the face of the business and provide an exceptional first impression to all clients, customers and visitors.

These busy roles will suit confident, organised and driven individuals who thrive on providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include for ensuring all visitors have a positive experience when they contact or attend the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all visitors and notify appropriate staff member
  • Answer and direct incoming calls as appropriate;
  • Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are set up for each meeting.
  • Organise appointments
  • Assist with general administration and data entry

Key requirements:

  • 3 years previous experience in similar Reception or Front Office positions
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of packages
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Superior problemsolving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Reliable work ethic and the ability to follow through in daily tasks
  • Proactive, motivated and switched on nature
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Well presented and a professional outlook
To be successful for this position, you will be client focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proactive and confident in managing conflicting priorities. You will have a positive can-do approach to all tasks you undertake.
