This unique role involves acting as an influencer and advisor across all business aspects, making a significant impact.Requirements for Success:
  • Create structured weekly and monthly reports to facilitate discussions on previous results and KPIs.
  • Track key performance indicators to evaluate sales and brand/category performances.
  • Suggest solutions for improvement and enhance performance based on data analysis.
  • Provide daily sales reports to support sales teams.
  • Forecast sales and trends to guide stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on aligning commercial strategies with business objectives.
  • Work with commercial leadership on strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements for commercial analytics.
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and financial analysis in consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
