Maintenance Administrator

As an Experienced Maintenance Administrator, you will provide support to the maintenance team through the processing of maintenance records, upkeep of the computerized maintenance management System, and the undertaking of all administration duties, and to ensure there is minimum downtime and the plant is maintained to an optimum level of reliability, in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner.

You will also play a crucial role in administering the CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) and any other Bradken systems and processes relevant to maintenance activities, issuing work orders to the appropriate tradesman, and ensuring work orders are correctly closed out on completion of job and history of work carried out is captured.

As a Maintenance Administrator, you will liaise with production departments and maintenance teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities and shutdowns to ensure that maintenance work is carried out efficiently without disrupting production schedules.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the maintenance team by performing a variety of tasks. These include filing plant drawings and linking files and drawings to the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) asset register.

You will also be responsible for procuring goods and services, including maintenance of spare stock, and maintaining records of routine service and preventative maintenance requirements for all machines and equipment.

Key Technical Criteria:

• High school or equivalent qualifications required
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning experience in a related industry is highly regarded.
• Experience in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (i.e. MEX, SAP) will be highly regarded
• Experience in developing and implementing processes designed to optimize preventive maintenance efficiently and effectively.

This role is based in Bassendean and is a Fixed-Term (12 months) opportunity.
