Who are we?

Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the P4S Program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

We are delivering water for our customers, to protect Sydney's iconic way of life and leave a legacy for future generations.

D4C is a consortium comprising of Comdain Infrastructure, John Holland, Service Stream Maintenance and WSP.

Over a 10 year period, D4C will provide long term employment opportunities to diversify the skills of the people of the southern region of Sydney as well as creating pathways to enter the water industry.

What are we looking for?

We have identified an exciting opportunity for an Quality Advisor to join our project supporting the D4C team and working closely with our Sydney Water team to help communicate our vision with our people.

As a Quality Advisor your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:
Assist in assessing HSEQ Management Systems of contractors tendering for D4C
Implement and drive the Quality Management System, Program and processes on projects to meet appropriate standards.

Facilitate continuous improvement in order to achieve best practice and to meet customer needs and compliance on all projects including the quality documentation.

Implement (QMS) standards, guidelines, processes and procedures as required including document control, auditing, corrective and preventive action, and training processes.

Lead and manage the Project Change Control process for each project
Carry out incident investigations in a timely and accurate manner
Identify and document quality system issues and opportunities for improvement
Deliver quality training programs as required including site inductions.
Ensure non-conformances are reported, and are documented, approved and closed out within the required time frames
Assist in the facilitation of external audits as required.

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related field
Internal Auditor Training
Current Drivers Licence
Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
Current knowledge of relative legislation
High level of attention to detail
Advanced computer skills
