This is a part of a large cyber security uplift program which is strategically designed to run long term and as such as a very high possibility of renewals.

To be successful for this role,

your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set:

  • Experience in Change analysis, risk & impact assessment and delivering change management strategy across large-scale projects;
  • Experience within transformation and uplift organizational change management in particular within IT Infrastructure Cyber Security uplift;
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing various stakeholders across multiple simultaneous projects;
  • Detailed experience within Change deliverables, supporting implementation of new solutions, stakeholder analysis within an Agile environment;
  • Handson experience in providing and implementing end to end change and release strategy;
  • Direct experience in large scale business process, system change and transformation analysis;
  • Proven background in providing detailed strategic change plans and schedules;
  • Experience in providing impact assessment and Action plans;
  • Any previous government experience at change analysis or lead capacity is highly preferred.
This is a key Organizational Change Manager position predominantly focused on a large cyber security transformation and uplift program.


You will be part of a change management team working with Program Managers as well as business units across ICT (mainly Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Asset management) change, risk and impact assessment and delivering best practice change management.
