Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage gelato making
  • Clean and manage gelato equipment, utensils and ingredients
  • Compliance with food and safety requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is essential
  • Ability to work alone
  • Ability to manage workload within the given time frame
