Availability:

The Role:

Benefit from comprehensive in-house and external training as an optical assistant/dispenser. Guide patients from entry, assisting with frame selection, lens fitting, and repairs for optimal visual outcomes and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daytoday practice operations, including patient assistance, sales, and administration.
  • Recommend frame options based on prescriptions, fashion, and lifestyle.
  • Maintain impeccable practice presentation and merchandise.

About You:

Motivated with a strong customer focus, the successful person will have a passion to truly make a difference.

  • Cert IV in Optical Dispensing preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in optical retail/clinical environments ideal.
  • Friendly, wellpresented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Teamoriented, with attention to detail, reliability, and trustworthiness.
