Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members.

As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and contributing to the overall success of our diverse offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning aisles, and ensuring products are wellpresented.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting regular stock checks, and monitoring product expiry dates.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items in our St Ali cafe, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Assist customers with Tatts Lotto transactions and inquiries, adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting them as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Tatts Lotto procedures (preferred but not required).
  • Barista experience (preferred but not required).
  • RSA certification (preferred but not required for entrylevel positions).
