What You Will Be Doing

This limited term position involves working closely with clinical teams from a wide variety of specialties and takes an active role in the review and reporting of falls related data which involves working closely with Nurse and Midwife Unit Managers and Safer Care Consultants to review falls with serious adverse outcomes.
>What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Current registration as Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or eligibility for membership of professional association (for nonregistered professions)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical role with exposure to falls prevention and management
- Positive attitude and adaptable to change within an evolving service
- Skills in staff training, interpretation of data and quality improvement work
- Experience in acute or subacute inpatient services
- Certificate IV in assessment and workplace training
