We have over 70 years' experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disability and developmental delays across our supported independent living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as well as our Day and Lifestyle Options.


We celebrate people

  • Permanent parttime role located in Boronia.
  • The role will be based in a residential service
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL).
  • The role offers up to 50 to 60 hours per fortnight.
  • The shifts available are: 7am to 10am, 3pm to 9pm, 4pm to 9pm, 7am to 4pm.
  • The minimum requirement is 1 sleepover shift (4pm9am) and 1 morning shift (710am) a week.
  • The rostered hours will be discussed with hiring manager at interview.
  • This role requires availability to commit to the rostered hours.
  • This role requires experience and skills in personal care, mealtimes and medication assistance, manual tasks, and community access to support our clients with their personal goals and daily routines.

Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose - to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
