THE ROLE


A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, experienced, and creative Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team to support our Mounties Group brands
on a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity.


We work in a fast-paced environment as we continue to grow our business and like to have fun along the way.

You will be working with the support of a broader marketing team as well as operations managers across each of your brands to achieve success.

There are also a number of agencies available as support to ensure you are able to deliver excellence in your area.


This role would be best suited to someone looking to start their marketing career, that is able to work well with others to develop creative communications solutions.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Manage direct marketing including SMS, EDM, and Direct Mail
  • Reporting on performance of ATL & BTL Campaigns
  • Working with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend
  • Ensure Internal Marketing Collateral is always up to date
  • Maximise relationship with creative agencies including (Creative Design, Photography, Production, Studio, Animation)
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards
  • Review internal creative/production briefs and manage delivery of content to agreed timelines
  • Monitor interpretation and implementation of brand assets in creative delivery
  • Assisting in the creation of promotional displays including signs and signage systems within public spaces of our Clubs
  • Attend and assist on major promotion, entertainment or events to ensure successful delivery
  • Support Marketing Team as required

IN YOUR TOOLKIT
To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Experience working with creative agencies preferred but not required
  • Technologically Savvy, including Microsoft Office programs & Marketing Technology, Adobe Creative Suite
