Job Description:

  • Support Team Experience Operations Manager & Ops team with administrative and coordination duties across the whole employment.
  • Liaise with Payroll to track staff movements within business and changes of terms and conditions of employment.
  • Management of Employee personnel documents recruitment, contracts, onboarding, new starter, internal movements and exit interviews.
  • Heelix setting up new starters, reporting, supporting Line Managers & TXBP's to drive engagement and improvements.
  • Support in the management of the Team Experience inbox, directing any queries to the relevant TXBP or Manager.
  • Providing exceptional service to all new starters across the business.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for remuneration reviews.
  • Coordinate the Welcome to Winning Induction program and support Managers with 1:1 Induction programs for new starters.
  • Ensure all new roles have current job descriptions. Assist with reviewing all current roles.
  • HR support & Adhoc reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a tertiary education in Human Resources
  • Prior experience in HR, admin, or customer service roles preferred
  • Experience using recruitment platforms and Gsuite desirable
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Sense of humour is essential
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and eager to learn and challenge the status quo
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Team player with a willingness to support the team in any way necessary
