Position:


This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary ready to take on additional responsibilities, not only supporting Partners, but working closely with the Operations Manager and assisting with process improvements, tender submissions and events.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with file management, including organising, updating, and maintaining client records and case files
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
  • Assist with billing and invoicing
  • Audio transcribing
  • Assisting with reception cover, and general admin

You:

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within Employment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
