The Role

  • NO weekends, NO Trust Accounting, NO Leasing, NO BDM
  • Capped, manageable portoflio
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and reporting
  • Managing arrears
  • Repairs & maintenance
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Cloudbased software
  • 1.5+ years of previous Property Management experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Corporate presentation
  • Valid driver's license
