  • Key role responsible for supporting the ongoing daily, product management, development, compliance and competitiveness of the MasterKey Business Super product.
    The Role
  • Key role responsible for supporting the ongoing daily, product management, development, compliance and competitiveness of the MasterKey Business Super product.

This role contributes to our ability to offer compelling Client products (Member & Employer) through execution of required Product maintenance and strategic uplifts, which aims to improve member outcomes through the lifecycle of the member's membership.


Key accountabilities also include

  • Working with key stakeholders to build an efficient, effective, and easy end to end customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining enhancements of the relevant customer experiences
  • Implementation and management of agreed/proposed legislative/legal requirements for all offerings, documents, and services to ensure Product compliance
  • Development, implementation, and SME on all product components of marketing, mandatory comms, Employer Plan tenders, technology and service fixes, incident resolution and legislative requirements
  • Input and where required specific SME signoff on a range of items relating Insignia groupbased projects and participation in project working groups and/or forums
  • Resolving Product and Service based incidents, remediations and other related incidents in a timely manner
  • Assist with management of member communications material, participation agreements, forms and policies and procedures.
  • Day to day team support of leadership, RMs, BD, Ops and other parts of our business

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Preferred Degree qualification.
  • RG 146 certificate
  • 35 years' experience in superannuation products. Strong financial services knowledge as well as detailed understanding and experience in working with and supporting distribution, admin, operations, marketing, product and finance.
  • Implementation, analytical, problem solving and delivery skills in a structured and well planned manner
  • An understanding of the Employer Super superannuation based environment
  • Understanding of the legislative and regulatory aspects of superannuation.
  • Competitor knowledge relevant to the Employer Product sector.
  • Good written and verbal analytical and interpersonal and communication skills. Good negotiation skills to deliver proposed outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others collaboratively and deliver agreed outcomes on time and on budget with an exceptional level of quality
  • Structured, process oriented with a focus on consistent high quality and accuracy
