Our Family:

  • We are a fun loving but hard working household who need an extra pair of hands to help with school pick up, afternoon activities, evening routine, meal prep, and some light help around the house. We're two moms both with big jobs that often require interstate and international travel and two kids: our son (12) and daughter (8). The kids are independent, capable, and fun. Rounding out the family are Rosie the 3 yr old cavoodle and Sammy the mischievous 6 month old labradoodle. We work hard but value our peace; we're so grateful for help that allows us to focus our time and energy on meaningful time with the kids because the little stuff (that mounts up) has been taken care of.

Your Duties:

  • We're looking for a kind, patient, and highly competent cater to help with driving to school for pick up, driving to after school activities 3x week, and occasionally taking the dogs for a walk if they haven't had one yet that day. Dinner prep, laundry, light tidying would make our world keep spinning on its axis Estimating 2pm 7pm M-Th, and one of those days being a late night for date night. Extra hours often available for weekend babysitting as needed, and rare occasions of sleepovers for overnight parental travel (all on mutual agreement of course) We have a car available for your use and petrol provided. Must have clean drivers license and be a safe competent driver.

  • We're looking for someone who is kind, patient, competent, and proactive. The job itself is fairly easy; where someone will shine is his/her ability to anticipate, be proactive, and self managed, helping the parents be stress free knowing that their carer has the schedule down pats, the kids are safe and having fun, and the chaos of the house is slightly less chaotic because you're around.
