Based from our Melbourne, Vic Head Office, you will partner with colleagues from Peru, Africa, China, Laos and Australia, to gather information and provide best practice advice and governance to align the assets to MMG's strategy.

About the Role


Are you keen to make a difference and work with a dynamic team to chart the pathway for growth and excellence for MMG? We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Asset Management to collaborate with colleagues globally, to shape and drive our asset management transformation journey.

You will provide global technical leadership and corporate governance on all matters related to Asset Management and provide discipline leadership on growth opportunities.

This is your chance to create a legacy that:

- and long-term strategic business planning

  • Provides oversight and direction of the development and global asset management practices, systems and frameworks; and
  • Drives safe, valueformoney, efficient, technical, social and valuedriven actions which are critical to the business success


You will hold Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) qualification, with a track record of success in mining fixed and mobile maintenance management, ideally within a global resources company or similar industry.

This is a broad and challenging role that involves working with a diverse group of stakeholders where your strong communication skills and pragmatic approach will support your's and MMG's success.

Please note that this role will be required to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
