• Minimum 2 years experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding quality and consistency.
• Ability and experience stretching Pizza Dough and rolling bases.
• Previous experience with a Woodfire Pizza Oven.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under the high pressures of a busy service.
