Your Duties Include

  • Take inbound customer calls
  • Professionally resolve requests for oneoff quotes, estimated freight arrival times and pickups in a timely manner
  • Complete KPI reports for selected customers
  • Communicate delays to customers and depots in a prompt and professional manner

To Be Considered for This Role

  • Experience offering outstanding customer service
  • Previous industry experience ideally obtained from within the Transport, Warehousing and Logistics Industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Intermediate PC skills with high levels of data entry speed and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport with a diverse range of internal and external customers
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience working collaboratively within a team environment
