The company is a market leader in property development and construction, and they have been in the Australian market nearly 15 years with just over 200 employees.

They are going through an exciting period of growth and transition through organic and acquisitive means.

They are well positioned within a fast-growing sector and boast very low staff turnover due to their fun and friendly culture.u&u has been exclusively engaged to support them with the recruitment of a new Systems Analyst on a permanent basis.


The Role:

Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll bring a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to optimise the company's customer relationship management systems.

The value of the role lies in technical proficiency, business insight, data analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous improvement.

In essence, you'll be pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and business, ultimately driving customer success and business growth.

Your immediate objective will be to help stabilise the CRM environment.

This will position the company to consolidate business processes to allow the standardisation to a single CRM application to then optimise a single CRM landscape.


The key business outcomes are:

Support and maintain the primary CRM environment; Engage with the business stakeholders to understand their challenges and opportunities; Translate business requirements into CRM solutions by way of roadmap planning; Deliver CRM solutions by way of Project Management; Harness the power of CRM data to generate insights, drive decision-making, and improve customer engagement; Facilitate the development of reports for business use; Collaborate with business departments to develop, optimise and integrate business processes into the CRM system, improve customer interaction processes, and recommend enhancements to the CRM system; Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high user satisfaction; and Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends and technologies to continually enhance system functionality and user experience.


The Successful Candidate:

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities: Minimum of three years' experience in a similar Business or Systems Analyst role within a complex environment; You will have strong CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or Property Base; You will have proven experience in business process capture and documentation, along with extensive skills in gathering high quality requirements and writing functional specifications; You will have strong analytical skills and have a proven ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to support business strategies; You will be adept at training business users at all levels and possess strong oral and written communication skills; and Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality, with excellent listening skills.

You will have the ability to see outside the box and be proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and technically competent.
