Due to continued growth, we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service and administratively focused individual who is looking to get their introduction to the Real Estate industry.

You will be a pivotal team member to the office's success as you'll work as an internal support for a number of agents to ensure that they can focus on listing and selling property.


About the Role:

  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and colleagues both inperson and over the phone;
  • Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
  • Assisting with the preparation of Form 6, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
  • Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
  • Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a previous customer facing or administration role would be highly advantageous;
  • Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous;
  • Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease;
  • Professional presentation; and
  • The desire to grow, develop and valueadd within a team environment.
