• Operation of manual mills, lathes, surface grinders and bench tools
• Repair and maintenance of high quality injection moulds
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting tooling problems and recommending improvements
• Set up and operate machine tools
• Test conformance of machined parts to specifications
• Collaborate with colleagues to support design and development activities

• Relevant Trade qualifications in toolmaking
• The ability to read and interpret diagrams
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Safety awareness for yourself and fellow work mates
• Good communication skills
• A strong team player
• Completed a minimum of Year 10 School Certificate preferred
• Ability to think through a problem and come up with solutions
• Current drivers licence and own vehicle
