Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns from onboarding call through to campaign briefing and go live
  • Provide amazing client service by anticipating needs and identifying issues before they arise. Establish strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders and build strong working relationships
  • Demonstrate and effectively communicate campaign ROI through monitoring success metrics and conducting regular reviews with clients, helping them understand and navigate campaign dashboards / results
  • Collaborate with Delivery team on optimisations, understand insights and present effectively to clients
  • Input into improving Performance Solutions business operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes

Skills and Experience

  • A great level of positive energy to deliver across multiple deadlines, solutions focused with amazing client service
  • Proven experience in account management
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, work effectively with others
  • Excellent written & oral communications skills
  • Ability to think on their feet and handle client concerns, quickly build rapport
