You'll play an influential role in leading, mentoring and uplifting the capability of a team of Scrum Masters, who themselves, are playing a key role in helping our teams unlock their potential while supporting the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Coach senior stakeholders on Agile Ways of working and leadership traits required to complement agility.
- Facilitate the constructive resolution of conflicts which may arise both internally and externally.
Implement, evolve and uplift scrum master maturity, ways of working and capability, that align to industry standards, to enable crews to deliver on their strategy.
- Leverage metrics to inform continuous improvement opportunities that increase effectiveness.
- Collaborate with crew and/or delivery lead/s on the strategy, direction and systemic issues with the Crew or Domain to set goals and increase the flow of valuable outcomes. Helps inform how the scrum masters can better add value.
- Attract and retain capability for the Chapters by working with key stakeholders including Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Agility Practice and across Chapter Areas to support in the achievement of practice and chapter objectives, to define the Chapter strategy and to ensure alignment.
- Participate in the career and development planning of direct reports and Scrum Masters across a BU.

- Experience as a Lead Scrum Master working in Agile teams.
- Understanding of Agile values, principles and practices.
- A sound understanding of SCRUM and Kanban.
- Experience of Coaching and influencing change to increase the flow of valuable outcomes through a squad.
- An ability to lead a team of Scrum Masters using your prior Scrum Master experience as a key anchor for success.
- A bias towards action and improvement, making decisions as they work and getting better every step of the way.
