How will I help?
As a Consultant in Westpac's Group Strategy team you will play a key role in driving strategic recommendations that align with the Company's ambition and customer focused outcomes.
Projects will be in a diverse range of topics from new proposition design, organisation optimisation, business improvement, and new strategic opportunity identification.
You will be responsible for developing specific strategic solutions for problems as well as working closely with SMEs across the Bank to provide advisory services to business leaders.
You will show strong drive and practicality to effectively manage your own work and contribute to the overall outcomes of the team.
